Sorry but the OS's have voted no on your application - I can't speak for everyone but your plot just needs more subject matter. You detailed the gr4ound but 50% of the plot looks like unused land and you have square buildings that don't follow any particular theme. This build would possibly get you Designer, but Archi requires more work, a lot more.
