Lead Administrators or Lead Admins have access to all in game commands, can do just about anything they want and do as much. Being a Lead Admin has some more direct responsibilities including planning server events and managing other Administrators. It might occur to you that as such, they are often very, very busy with things in game and would like to be able to just build sometime too. Do not needlessly ask Lead Admins for help with something if you can get an Administrator or Moderator to do it just as well. This does not mean that you should never ask Lead Admins, just if there is a Administrator or Moderator instead, they can help you too. It is perfectly fine to rely on the Lead Admins if no other Admin or Moderator is present. However, they can and might decline dealing with you if there’s just too much to do in which case you don’t throw a tantrum, but wait it out .
Lead Administrators can promote any player to any rank below their own, normally they promote worthy players to Administrators or Lead Moderators, but do take time to promote outcasts to builders. Lead Admins can demote a player to any rank below their own and ban any player for breaking the server rules. Lead Administrators is the only rank that sits in judgement on unbanning a player.
There are players who even ask to be made an Lead Admin, sometimes right off the bat. Forget about that. Not happening in a million years. There are currently enough active Lead Admins, and if another is to join the ranks, then that is the server owners decision alone. Though, it has been rumoured that sometimes the public takes notice of a great change to come… Might this perhaps be the Lead Admins voting over who will be next? Only time will tell.

Many players falsely assume they can get Lead Moderator rank for petty reasons, or just for having played a long time. Lead Moderators are selected for their behaviour – being helpful on the server, telling people tips and generally showing you are a responsible and mature person can get you closer to that.
