No. Not even kinda close. Your plot is 97% empty, your snowman is 2 blocks wide has a scarf and a hat but no arms to actually put on a scarf and hat, and took you perhaps 40 minutes to complete. Most designer builds take weeks! Go see other designers plots - see what we expect. You made something neat. We want something amazing.
Oh yeah and should you submit something again in 30 days, there is a "upload a file" button next to the "post reply" button. You should learn how to use it because I'd likely have denied this app for no photos anyway.
