I used to love minecraftserver.com, and that was before they reset the map... keep dying of hunger, nobody's telling me how to apply for citizen, plus, spawn is too redish...

One thing you could do is if you're travelling for a spot to call home, and you're about to die of hunger. Use /sethome on the spot before you die, then, teleport back to it when you've respawned. Full Hunger bar and you can continue your merry way.
