Actually there kinda is, though it's more of impulse out of fear of what's going to happen. Most of it revolves around 1.9.3 the EULA enforcement that's coming. Could also mean that this server goes bye-bye.

I have 1.9.3 but when I go in they did not let me to play.

Essentially Mojang never wanted the game as pay to win. So they created the EULA.

After 1.9.3 is (was) released, EULA emforcement will take place meaning any servers that you can "buy" perks that give "unfair advantages" get blacklisted.

Well, there should still be no reason to tell Mojang to fuck themselves. It's the people who run the server's fault, not Mojang's fault, for getting the server blacklisted. If MCS would get blacklisted, they would simply change the perks (as they already have done).

I know, though there are some servers out there with 10+ thousand players that survive off this system, and then all of a sudden the company wants to change it out of the blue (though when the EULA came out it was to be expected.)

One thing's for sure, either small servers like us get a mass flux of new players, or MCMP ends up biting the dust.
