You have some really good ideas - I like the plants next to the bed upstairs, and the downstairs is pretty darn nice, but this plot looks like it took a few days to build, not weeks or months that most winning plots take. The biggest problem is that 90% of your plot isn't really used or landscaped well - the lake is only one level deep, and there are no streams feeding it, the land is flat with some random flowers and auto-trees, and nothing really hard to do or exciting anywhere. Go look at other winners and try to do more - well - more everything. Lke they did. Look at some denied apps as well to see what we always shoot down. Denied, try again in 30 days please.
